一乙醇胺法在焦炉煤气脱硫中的应用

摘    要:一乙醇胺(MEA)焦炉煤气脱硫工艺经过多年的实际运行,证明其在焦炉煤气脱硫领域是可以适用的。该工艺具有极高的脱硫效率,且可以脱除有机硫;副产物可制成浓硫酸,作为焦炉煤气洗氨的原料,实现循环利用;工艺成熟可靠,环境友好。

Abstract:After long time operation, Monoethanolamine (MEA) coke oven gas desulfurization process was proved to be workable and applicable in the field of coke oven gas desulfurization.The process had high desulfurization efficiency , and was able to remover organic sulfur.Moreover, the byproduct could be used to make concentrated sulfuric acid as raw material for removing ammonia from coke oven gas , making recycling have mature and reliable process , and friendly for environment.
