厚朴枝皮中酚性提取物的研究

摘    要:对厚朴枝皮中酚类成分的提取工艺及提取物浸膏质量进行了研究,以厚朴枝皮为原料,以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚为指标,通过单因素及正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺,并对工艺进行验证,同时对提取物浸膏进行分析检测。结果表明:通过研究,提取工艺稳定,提取物浸膏质量好,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量较高,可以作为原料用于制剂生产。此方法简单,结果准确,可以用于工业化生产,并为扩大厚朴药用资源、工业化生产提供了依据。

Abstract:Through the research on the extraction of the phenolic constituents of magnolia bark extract concrete quality,the basis for the expansion of Magnolia officinalis medicinal resources and industrial production was provided. With Magnolia park as raw material,magnolol and honokiol as index,the single factor and the orthogonal test to screen out the best extraction process,and verify the process,at the same time,conducted the detection and analysis of the extract. Through the research,the extraction process was stable,the extract of good quality,high content of magnolol and honokiol,which can be used as raw material for the preparation of production. This method was simple,accurate,and can be used in industrial production,and provide the basis for the medicinal resources and the expansion of cortex Magnoliae officinalis.
