开放式创新实践教学体系构建

摘    要:紧抓地方高校转型发展新机遇,构建开放式创新实践教学体系。本文以许昌学院食品科学与工程专业为例,遵循人才培养规律和专业教育规律,以能力递进式培养方式,构建"课程实验和课程设计、生产实践、创新和创业训练"三层次的实践教学体系,实现"专业基础能力—专业应用技能—专业技术创新"的培养目标。

Abstract:To seize the new opportunity of transformational development of local undergraduate university , an open and innovative practice teaching system was presented.The food science and engineering specialty of Xuchang University was applied as an example , the practice teaching system was explored and practiced.To follow the talented person development and professions educate regulation , and implement the mode of ability progressive , a ‘course experiments and curriculum design , production practices , innovation and entrepreneurship training ’ three -tier practice teaching system was build to achieve the training objectives with ‘professional basic skills -professional application skills -technical innovation ’ .
