凹土对乙丙橡胶性能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了凹土用量对乙丙橡胶门尼粘度、硫化特性和物理机械性能的影响。研究结果发现,在实验范围内,随凹土用量的增加,门尼粘度逐渐提高,焦烧时间缩短,硫化时间延长;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率在60份时最大,而撕裂强度随凹土用量的增加而增大;通过与其它填料的对比,发现凹土的补强性略高于半补强炭黑,而优于轻钙和陶土。

Abstract:The effects of dosage of attapulgite on mooney viscosity, curing behavior and physical mechanical properties of ethylene propylene diene terpolymer were studied. Results showed that in the experimental range, with the increasing of attapulgite dosage, the mooney viscosity increased gradually, scorch time shortened, and curing time prolonged. The tensile strength and elongation at break reached a maximum value in attapulgite content of 60 phr, but the tear strength increased with attapulgite dosage increasing. Attapulgite reinforcement was slightly higher than that of semi reinforcing carbon black, and was better than that of precipitated calcium carbonate and clay.
