摘    要:川气东送管道是中石化第一条长距离、高压力和大口径的天然气输送管道,沿线土壤腐蚀因素复杂多变且不易确定,采用灰色关联法和改进层次分析法相结合的土壤腐蚀评价模型,采用改进的层次分析法分析确定各因素具体的权重,通过模糊综合评价方法建立的隶属函数评价川气东送管道的腐蚀现状,将其结果和现场腐蚀埋片评价的等级进行对比,验证该方法在川气东送管道土壤腐蚀评价中是可行的。

Abstract:The natural gas pipeline from Sichuan to East China is Sinopec's first long distance, high pressure and large diameter gas pipeline, the soil corrosion factors are complex and not easy to determine. In this paper, the soil corrosion evaluation model based on grey correlation method and improved analytic hierarchy process was used, and the improved AHP was used to determine the weights of each factors, established membership function based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate corrosion status of the natural gas pipeline from Sichuan to East China, obtained results were compared with the results of on-site corrosion test. It’s proved that the method is feasible in corrosion evaluation of the natural gas pipeline from Sichuan to East China.
