焦油氨水分离系统优化实践

摘    要:焦油氨水分离系统分离效果差、氨水中含油量高不仅会堵塞氨水喷嘴,影响煤气冷却效果,而且给废水蒸氨以及污水处理带来了很大的难度。本文根据现场调查情况,对焦油氨水分离系统分离效果差、氨水中含油量高原因进行初步分析,并介绍了华菱煤焦化公司该系统优化改进实践的具体措施,通过一系列优化实践,有效的降低了氨水中含油量。

Abstract:Poor separation of tar and ammonia and high oil content in ammonia not only block ammonia spray, but also affected cooling effect of coal gas. Based on site investigation, the reasons that cause poor separation of tar and ammonia and high oil content in ammonia were analyzed, specific measures of Valin Coking Plant took in system optimization were also discussed to effectively reduce oil content in ammonia .
