摘 要: | 在食品质量与安全本科专业专业课的课程教学中,采用解决问题的主动探索式教学方法,辅以学生开展项目研究和成果汇报,代替教师"满堂灌"学生被动接受的传统教学模式,提高了学生的学习兴趣。学生分析和解决问题的能力得到了很大提高。

Abstract: | In the teaching process of food quality and safety courses, interactive teaching method was used to instead of the teachers" cramming" traditional teaching mode, which enhanced the student interest in learning. Students' ability to analyze and solve problems was improved greatly. |
