蒸汽伴热在石油化工输油管道设计中的应用

摘    要:目前石油化工企业的输油管道很多都需要保温和伴热。在使用伴热的管道中,又有相当大数量的输油管道采用蒸汽伴热的方式。对石油化工装置中的输油管道的蒸汽伴热进行了阐述,着重研究了蒸汽伴热的工程设计计算及具体施工方法。针对外伴热、内伴热和夹套伴热等三种方式,分别进行了详细的介绍,加以归类和总结。对石油化工装置中输油管道的设计及施工制作具有非常实用的指导意义。

Abstract:Pipelines in many petrochemical enterprises at present all need heat tracing and thermal insulation. In heat tracing pipes, a considerable number of oil pipelines use steam tracing. In this paper, the steam tracing of the petrochemical pipelines was introduced, the design calculation and construction method of the steam tracing engineering were studied. Three heat tracing ways including internal heat tracing, external heat tracing and jacketed heat tracing were analyzed and summarized, which had practical significance for design and construction of petrochemical pipelines.
