摘    要:介绍了高寒地区低温型1.5MW风力发电机组设计条件、特殊要求、主要技术规范。通过对低温型1.5MW风力发电机组载荷的计算分析;应选择具有优良低温性能的风机零部件材料;使用低黏温油指数的液压油、润滑油;增加独立的加热系统;采用三支撑结构布置轴系;对机组轮毂内进风口和机舱内的进风口进行了优化。最后对该型风力发电机组进行了试验及风场运行验证,总体上达到了预期的设计要求。

Abstract:The paper described the general design condition, special requirement and major technical specification of 1.5 MW wind power generator unit of low temperature type in high and cold area. Through calculating analysis for the load of 1.5 MW wind power generator unit of low temperature type, the results show that the component material of wind power generator should be selected to have the fine performance of low temperature; to use lubricating oil and the hydraulic oil with low sticky oil index; to increase independent heating system; to adopt the shafting system with 3 support structure arrangements; to optimize the air inlet of unit wheel hub and cabin. The tests and operation on wind power site for this type of wind power generator indicate that the design reaches expected requirements in general.
