摘    要:本文介绍了300kA电解槽焙烧启动期间节能生产的实践经验,在通电焙烧、启动以及参数管理如电压、电解质温度、两水平等方面提出了节能生产的观点。通过积极开展技术创新、节能降耗和挖潜增效活动,顺利实现了快速、高效、安全、平稳启动全部电解槽的目标。

Abstract:This paper introduces the energy-saving practical experience during baking start-up of 300KA aluminum electrolysis smelting ceils, putting forward some energy-saving concepts on power-on baking, start-up, parameter management, such as voltage, bath temperature, two levels, etc. Targets have been smoothly achieved for fast, efficient, safe and stable start-up of al-smelting cells through vigorously developing the activities of technical innovation, energy-saving & consumption-reducing and exploiting potentialities & economizing expenditure.
