非圆行星轮系的等距条件

摘    要:本文把外啮合非圆轮传动的瞬心线封闭条件推广应用到内啮合非圆齿轮传动的瞬心线封闭条件,并进而研究了非圆行星轮系的同心条件。与现有的非圆行星传动相比,本文的非圆行星轮系的非圆行星齿轮同时满足同心条件和等距条件,故可同时与内外非圆中心轮啮合。而不须采用双连非圆齿轮。

Abstract:this paper researched the close condition of the instantaneous line of the noncircular gear in the internal meshing and external meshing respectively, and further more, researched the equal distance condition of the planetary drive system with noncircular gears. Compared with the present planetary drive system with noncircular gears, the noncircular planetary gear of this paper can satisfied both the equal - distance condition and concentric condition as well, so that it can meshed with both internal and external noncircular center gears at same time, instead of adaptation of the compound noncircular gear as in the other system.
