摘    要:用中心复合法对Blakeslea trispora霉菌发酵产番茄红素条件进行了优化。首先通过Plackett-Burman设计试验,对影响番茄红素产量的8个相关因素进行了评估并筛选出具有显著效应的2个因素:装液量和接种量。再采用中心复合法确定出最佳装液量和最佳接种量,分别为53.99 mL和9.279%。优化后,发酵培养基中番茄红素含量达到0.762 3 g/L,比初始番茄红素产量提高了30.31%。

Abstract:Central composite design was used to optimize immersion fermentation conditions for lycopene production by Blakeslea trispora.Firstly,Plackett-Burman method was used to evaluate eight factors related to lycopene production and two statistically significant factors (liquid loading and inoculum) were selected. Finally,the optimal factor were determined using Central composite analysis and the liquid loading are 53.99 mL and inoculum 9.279%,respectively.Lycopene production after optimization reached 0.7623g/L,in- creased by 30.31 %.
