| 摘 要： | 常减压-减粘联合装置需要频繁地切换减粘渣油生产方案和沥青生产方案。针对减粘渣油生产方案和沥青生产方案的频繁切换。开展深入研究。并采取了一系列优化措施。实践表明．实行减粘渣油和沥青生产方案频繁调整的优化操作，切换时间减少。次品量减少．大大增加了经济效益。

| Abstract: | Atmospheric and vacuum distillation-visbreaking unit in Shandong Shtar Science and Technology Group Shenghua Refinery applied two production plans: directly producting or use visbreaking unit produce fuel.According to market vary,production plan need to be used frequent regulation.Many optimal measures have be adopted.The results show that,optimal operation of frequent regulation vacuum residue production plan and alphalt production plan can reduce switch time and increase economic benefits. |
