摘    要:卫星通信网网管中心作为全网远行控制和管理的中心,它的可靠、高效运行直接关系着卫星网运行的稳定性和效益.在网管中心投入部署运营以前,必须对其进行严格的测试,以保证它的可靠性并对它的运行效率进行评估。介绍了卫星网管的特点,分析了仿真测试系统应该具备的特点和功能。提出一种的仿真系统设计结构,并简要介绍了这种结构的优点和缺点。

Abstract:NCC works as operation control and management center in Satellite Communication Systems. Its reliable and efficient operation takes great responsibility for SCS's reliability and efficiency. In order to be sure of its reliability and evaluate its operation efficiency before it's deployment, it's necessary to take rigid test about the NCC. Characteristics about SCS NCCs are introduced, and the functions a S&T system should have are analyzed. A kind of architecture in S&T system design is proposed. At last pros and cons about this architecture is introduced.
