腐蚀安全管理系统在蒸馏装置的应用

针对设备腐蚀日益严重的问题,结合炼化企业实际生产需要,开发了腐蚀安全管理系统,建立了完善的数据库,实现了腐蚀相关数据的集中管理,并通过专业模块分析和综合分析,实现了对装置腐蚀状态量和腐蚀趋势的量化分析。目前腐蚀安全管理系统已在辽河石化公司南蒸馏装置上成功应用,并取得了比较理想的应用效果,对南蒸馏装置的设备检修及维护工作起到了重要作用。

Application of corrosion safety management system in south distillation unit of Liaohe Petrochemical Company

Based upon the increasingly serious problems of equipment corrosion and the actual production requirements of the petrochemical enterprises, a corrosion safety management system has been successfully developed. In the system, an integrated database is established for the centralized management of corrosion data. Through the professional module and comprehensive analysis, the quantitative analysis of corrosive status and the corrosive trend of the unit can be made.
