烧碱装置氯处理系统地坪的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司氯碱厂烧碱装置地坪于1988年投用,1992年发现铺衬的耐酸花岗岩板开始出现局部脱落,严重的部位脱落近40%,修复后使用2~3 a又出现腐蚀现象。2004年9月装置停车检修期间,采用YJ呋喃胶泥对该氯气处理单元地坪进行防腐蚀处理,新地坪直到目前仍非常完好。通过对烧碱装置氯气处理系统地坪腐蚀破坏原因及硫酸对混凝土腐蚀机理的分析,证实了以花岗岩/YJ呋喃胶泥为主要耐酸材料的新防腐蚀措施的可行性,为氯碱工业氯气处理单元地坪的防腐蚀提供借鉴。

Abstract:The floor of sodium hydroxide unit in chlor - alkali plant in SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company was put into operation in1988; It was found in 1992 that there was a local spalling in the laid acid-resistant granite plates, which reached to 40% in the severe locations. Whereas, the corrosion re - occurred 2 - 3 years after the repair. During the overhaul in September, 2004, YJ furan plaster was used for corrosion protection of the floor. The protected floor has remained in good conditions ever since the corrosion protection treatment. The study on the root causes of floor corrosion damage and corrosion mechanisms of sulfuric acid of concrete has proven the feasibility of the new measures taken in protecting the floor from corrosion with granite/furan plaster, which provides a good reference for corrosion protection of floor of chlorine drying unit in chlor - alkali industry.
