| 摘 要： | 文中分析了目前在农业旱情实时评价中关于利用土壤墒情界定旱情等级时存在的问题，提出用农作物水分生产函数的研究成果分析土壤墒情现状、确定旱情严重程度的初步探索意见。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present existing problems to determine drought grade by means of soil moisture in real time assessment of agriculture drought, using the research results of water production functions, presents the tentative idea to determine severe extent of agriculture drought on the basis of present situation of soil moisture. |
