咸潮影响区的水资源优化配置研究

摘    要:针对咸潮影响区水资源的特点,以珠海市为例,建立了咸潮影响区的水资源优化配置模型,并用1956~2000年的长系列来水、需水等基础资料对珠海市2010、2020、2030三个不同水平年的水资源配置进行求解和分析。结果表明,若不受咸潮影响,有着丰富且优质过境水的珠海是不可能存在资源性缺水,而在咸潮影响下,3个水平年的枯水期均存在一定资源性缺水,这与实际情况相符。在适当优化调度水库、泵站等水利工程以及增加、扩大一定工程规模的条件下,珠海市的缺水问题可以得到缓解。

Abstract:A model for the optimal deployment of water resources in saltwater intrusion areas is established.This optimal model is applied to analyze and deploy the water resources of Zhuhai City for three differe~t hydrological years 2010,2020 and 2030 by using 1956-2000 hydrological data and water demand data.The results show that without the influence of saltwater intrusion,there is no problem of shortage of water resources in Zhuhai City for various hydrological years;with the influence of saltwater intrusion,there is shortage of water resources to a certain extent in low water periods for all three scenarios of hydrological years.The situation can be relieved by the optimization of dispatching of hydro projects and increase of waterworks.
