摘    要:随着市场经济在国人意识中的不断深入,客户关系管理与经营策略、竞争的手段的改变将显得非常的重要与急迫.对于钢铁行业而言,竞争的不断加剧也必将导致市场争夺战的激化.在面临这一发展前景下,如何开展客户关系管理将成为钢铁企业需要首先考虑的一大议题.

Abstract:With the market economy concept deepening into the minds of fellow countrymen, custome relation management, management tactics and changes of competition methods are becoming more important and urgent. For the steel industry, scramble for market is increasingly intensified with the competition becoming more and more aggravated. Under the situation, the development of customer relation management will be the first thing to consider for steel enterprises.
