超滤法处理双黄连粉针药液

摘    要:本文报道了采用PES-C中空纤维膜处理双黄连粉针药液。结果表明经超滤法处理后双黄连药液清澈透明,有效成份基本不变,粒度符合标准。超滤膜性能稳定,采用碱液清洗方法可以使膜的性能得到恢复。

Abstract:s:The treatment of flos Lonicerae Radix Scutellariae Fructus Forsythiae(FRF) mixtrue solution by PES C hollow fiber membrane was reported. It was shown that the FRF mixtrue solution treated with UF was clear and transparent and no effective content of FRF decreased in UF process. The particle size and numbers of FRF in mixtrue solution were up to the national standards. It was also shown that the UF properties of PES C hollow fiber membrane was stable. The UF properties of PES C membrane could be recovered by the method of cleaning with NaOH Solution.
