摘    要:利用气隙比磁导法建立了混合式步进电动机的磁推导出反电动势的表达式。在此基础上提出了一种谐波反电劝势信号实现电机转子位置检测的新方法,设计了与电机一体化的新型益传感器,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。这种新型位置传感器为进一步实现步进电动机闭环控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:In this paper, the magnetic network model of hybrid step motor is eslablished according to the air gap rate permeance method, and the expression of the harmonic back EMF is deduced. On the base of the analysis, a novel method that uses the harmonic back EMF signal to extract the rotor position is put forward, and a new position sensor merged into an organic whole with the motor is designed. The correctness of the analysis is verified by experiment. This type of rotor position sensor lays a foundation for the closed-loop control of step motor.
