| 摘 要： | GPRS网络优化有着区别于GSM网络优化的特点，在GPRS网络优化中用户行为等非网络因素也会对GPRS网络性能产生较大的影响。本文提出了通过监控用户的行为并根据用户行为有针对性地采取措施来引导用户的GPRS网络优化的新方法，并详细介绍了GPRS用户行为监控系统的功能及其应用效果。
