As the CIQ's first supplier of LC/MS/MS, we have provided more than 100 LC/MS/MS devices. We also cooperate to set up standards including testing method of pesticide residues with Qtrap. It is an accurate, rapid and convenient method which can test five to six hundred kinds of pesticides. At present, the method is under assessment. In addition, we are trying to communicate with CDC and willing to cooperate to screen unknown substances. What advantages do Qtrap systems have compared to traditional triple quad technology? How is the promotion going in China? At present, AB launches Qtrap 3200, 4000 and 5500 systems. The main differences among these products are sensitivity, screening speed and etc. Clients can select the type according to their individual requirements. Qtrap~((?))5500 Systems are the latest products which are the most sensitive and reliable instruments available for multi-component analysis and quantification, delivering the highest sensitivity and highest confidence in results. The Qtrap~((?))5500 system utilizes unique workflows to screen, identify and confirm over 1000 target trace level contaminants in a single analysis, as well as screening and identifying unknowns. The advanced eQ~(TM)electronics and new Qurve LINAC Collision Cell incorporated in the new Qtrap~((?))5500 System were designed for unparalleled speed of MRM detection and fast polarity switching for multi-component analysis. In addition new Linear Accelerator~(TM) Trap technology allows the acquisition of fast and highly sensitive Enhanced Product Ion (EPI) spectra for compound confirmation with highest confidence. In the situation of global economy downturn, clients emphasize cost saving more than ever. How does AB promote premium Qtrap systems? The success of a product depends on its cost-effective and if it can meet the market demand very well not merely price. False positive is a thorny problem. With the testing standards enhancing and testing items increasing, the problem is becoming tougher. Thus, with the support of the actual demand, Qtrap technology will definitely be applied more widely. Although promoting Qtrap technology in food industry is influenced by regulations, economy and other factors, we can clearly see that the developing testing industry is providing us a chance once in a blue moon. On the one hand, with laws and regulations improving, advanced technologies are being applied and promoted. On the other hand, third part testing organizations also have an opportunity to develop. Increasing food enterprises inclines to the rapid, professional and less cost service offered by third part testing. Meanwhile, increasing third part testing organizations begin to set foot in the field of food testing, including some multinationals with worldwide reputation. We have developed long term relationship with these enterprises. Their rapid growth in China also offers an opportunity for us to expand China market as well. At this background, economic downturn has very limited impacts. On the opposite, considering low cost of third part testing service, it can meet the current demand of enterprises better. Moreover, China economy is developing and promising, in addition to the rapid growth of testing industry, AB has very optimistic external environment for development and thus we attach great importance to Chinese market.
