稀土镧在钢中与磷的作用机制的研究

摘    要:研究了添加稀土金属La与少量磷铁的重轨钢的力学性能.通过QUANTA-400型环扫电镜与能谱分析,得到了La-P聚集物的形貌.通过HITACHI公司的S-3400型扫描电子显微镜进行面扫描,发现稀土金属镧与氧在偏聚位置上产生重合.推断镧在重轨钢中聚集物为La2O3与P-Fe固溶体的混合物,该混合物影响钢的力学性能,其作用机理为通过增大钢中珠光体的片层厚度来进行的.

Abstract:The research was done on the change of La and P added in heavy rail steel.Using QUANT A-400 SEM and EDS,the morphology of La-P gathers was observed.Through the HITACHI S-3400-scanning electron microscope,rare-earth metal La and oxygen were found overlapped in segregation position.It is infered that in heavy rail,the gatherings of steel were the mixture of La_2O_3 and P-Fe solid solutions,and the mixture affects the mechanical properities of the steel based on the performance of the increased thickness of th...
