| 摘 要： | 系统总结50多年来八钢轧钢从建设到不断发展壮大的历史,特别介绍了轧钢的产能提升、工艺技术进步、产品覆盖范围、质量改进的历程。从1952年到2008年,八钢轧钢经历了建厂初期的小规模生产和1979年之前起伏徘徊的漫长道路。1995年以后八钢先后从国外引进小型棒材、高速线材等机组,使得轧钢工艺装备技术水平得到了快速发展。2005年八钢从建材为主向板带等高附加值产品转化,先后建成1 420 mm冷轧、1 750 mm热轧卷板和3 500 mm中厚板生产线。目前八钢已发展到拥有11条产线、年产600万t钢材的规模,产品涉及基础建设、房地产、能源、电力、石油、制造业等多个重要行业。
