This paper analyzes relationship between expressway traffic signs and markings and traffic safety based on the characters of them.Firstly,the basic setting ideas of traffic signs are present,the impacts of traffic signs to safety are discussed according to mentioned above.Secondly,the main impacts of traffic markings to safety are discussed based on the analyzing of the key features of the traffic markings setting.
