花生壳粉/聚丙烯复合材料的研究

摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出工艺对花生壳粉填充改性聚丙烯(PP)进行了研究。结果表明。加入花生壳粉后.复合材料的弯曲强度、硬度、维卡软化温度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均有所提高。但其加工流动性能和冲击强度有所下降。在花生壳粉含量为30%时,复合材料的综合性能较优。

Abstract:The polypropylene modified by peanut hull powder was studied by twin-screw extrude craft. The results showed that peanut hull powder could increase flexural strength, hardness,vicat softening point, tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites, but its melt flow rate and impact strength were decreased. When peanut hull powder content was 30%, the composite had better comprehensive properties than others.
