| 摘 要： | 放射性核素标记的邻碘马尿酸是检查肾功能和肾血流量的放射性药物。标记邻碘马尿酸的放射性核素大多采用碘的同位素,常用的为~(131)I,也有用~(123)I标记。本文通过动物实验和放射自显影术了解~(123)I-邻碘马尿酸在动物体内和肾内的分布,并与~(131)I-邻碘马尿酸进行临床应用对比,以评价其优缺点。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the distribution of I123 labelled OIH in animal by animal renal autoradiography and clinical application.The renogram gives three distinct phases: tracer appearance, buildup and excretion. The renograms of 123I-OIH and 131I-OIH are similar in pattern. |
