变电设备状态接入控制器的研究

摘    要:针对常规变电站在线监测装置专业各异、厂家较多、多套监测系统并存、信息无法共享的现状,研究了智能变电站的在线监测系统新型装置变电设备状态接人控制器,提出了基于IEC 61850标准通信规约的设计方案。介绍了系统结构、装置硬件要求、通信环境,研究了通信功能、基于IEC 61850的11服务、12接口、数据处理、配置管理、自管理、web展示等功能,给出了实现与应用方法。该装置能规范状态监测通信和不同类型监测数据的即插即用,占地空间小,结构简洁,易于维护,为实现智能电网的信息化、自动化和互动化奠定良好的基础。

Abstract:Aim at the actuality of traditional substation which online monitoring devices have different princi pie, many manufacturers and many sets of monitoring system ,and the information can't be shared, this paper studied on a new access controller of intelligent substation online monitoring system, put forward the design scheme based on IEC 61850 standard communication protocol. This paper described the system structure, hardware requirements, communication environment,studied the communication function, the I1 service based on IEC61850,I2 interface function, data processing function, configuration management function,self manage- ment function, and web display function, gave the realization and application method. The device could regulate the communication and different types of monitoring data, it had more small size and simple structure, easy to maintenance,and lay a good foundation for the realization about information, automation and interaction of smart grid.
