电厂回转式空气预热器渗油故障分析

摘    要:在锅炉系统中空气预热器是锅炉的主要辅助设备之一,其是否能正常运行决定了整个系统运行的可靠性及经济性。宝钢电厂预热器已经连续使用30多年,长期存在上轴承渗油缺陷,对机组正常运行带来安全隐患,分析了其预热器上轴承缺陷的成因并制定相应的设备解体施工方法和质量标准;在设备停用后对预热器上轴承进行解体检查后,通过在吊杆孔处加装内套筒的方法完全消除了渗油缺陷。该实施案例对电厂回转式空气预热器设备维护有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:In boiler system of air preheater is one of main auxiliary equipment of boiler, its whether can normal operation determines the reliability and economic operation of the whole system. Baosteel Power Plant preheat- ers have been in continuous use for more than 30 years. They had the defect of oil leakage from upper bearing, bringing safety problem to the operation of the unit. In order to eliminate the defects on bearing oil leakage, We made the disintegration of the corresponding construction method in equipment, equipment after the clo- sure of preheater bearing for inspection and through hole was arranged in the sleeve form completely eliminate oil leakage defects. This work has very significant impact on the maintenance of equipment of air preheater with similar problems.
