| 摘 要： | 通过对氨纶包芯纱特有的空芯、露芯、麻花纱、空鞘和弹性不匀等纱疵的成因分析，提出了相应的消除措施，即提高氨纶包芯纱的包覆效果，减少氨纶丝断头、减少外包纤维断头、合理选配钢领和钢丝圈、加强现场管理和操作技巧等。

| Abstract: | According to the analyses about cause of formation on defects of hollow core,off|core,tagal yarn,hollow sheath and elastic unevenness,this paper gave some appropriate measures on dispelling these defects,that is improving the covered effect of spandex core|spun yarn,decreasing the end|breakage of spandex filament,decreasing the end|breakage of outer fibre,optimizing the ring and the ring traveler,strengthening on|the|spot management and operation skill etc.. |
