摘    要:为了实现电厂节能降耗的目标,通过变频控制对6kV凝结水泵进行改造。通过实例分析简要介绍了凝结水泵变频改造除氧器水位控制方案及定速泵与变频泵之间的切换逻辑,从而证明变频调速具有节能、调节特性好、精度高、控制灵活及运行安全可靠等一系列优点,有效地降低了厂用电,使除氧器水位得到稳定的控制。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the control scheme of condensate frequency conversion transformation of deaerator water level and switch principal between constant speed pump and variable frequency pump.Also,advantages of frequency control were pointed out,energy-saving,well regulatory,high precision,flexible control and stable operation.The frequency control reduced electricity consumption of the plant and deaerator water level has been controlled.
