| 摘 要： | 针对高层建筑的投资较高,对其进行全过程造价控制极为重要的情况,结合自身工作实践经验,分别介绍了对高层建筑在设计阶段和施工阶段的造价控制方法和措施,以期使高层建筑造价得到有效控制,从而发挥城市土地最大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Because investment of high-rise building is high, the whole procedure engineering cost control of high-rise building is important. In this paper combined with self working experiences, cost control methods and measures in design stage and construction stage of high-rise building are introduced respectively, in order to realize effective engineering cost control of high-rise building, to make maximum economic returns of urban lands. |
