摘    要:根据零件互换性要求和功能要求,分析了形位公差最大实体要求的几种标注方式。从中找出一种即保证配合性质,又保证装配性,且能用功能量规检测同轴度的标注方法。该方法提高了生产中的检测效率,且切实可行。同时,通过分析统计过程控制和Cp(或Cpk)值,进一步改进标注方式,以保证检测中减少零件报废,又确保产品质量和检测效率。

Abstract:According to the exchanging and functional requirement of parts,several kinds of marking methods of geometric tolerance's maximum material requirement have been analyzed.From the methods,we find a kind of marking method that can guarantee fitting property & assembly performance and the concentricity also be checked by functional gauge.The method increases checking efficiency and is feasible.At the same time,the marking method is improved by analyzing statistical process control and Cp(or Cpk) value in order to reduce the number of rejecting parts and to guarantee product quality and checking efficiency.
