摘    要:针对如何准确评估各种服务匹配策略、选择出最优的服务策略,以实现集群协同制造过程中的动态环境下的服务供需匹配这一问题,提出了一种集群协同制造服务匹配策略计算实验方法。该方法从三个方面对集群协同制造服务匹配策略进行了深入研究,包括服务匹配策略的设计(只考虑服务资源QoS(quality of service)属性变化的服务匹配策略、只考虑客户需求变化的服务匹配策略、综合考虑服务资源QoS属性变化及客户需求变化的服务匹配策略)、集群协同制造实验系统模型的构建、服务匹配策略的分析评估。实验结果表明,在供需稳定及供需波动的市场环境下,综合考虑服务资源QoS属性变化及客户需求变化的服务匹配策略表现最优,能够很好地实现动态环境下制造服务的供需匹配。

Abstract:To evaluate various service matching strategies accurately for selecting the best appropriate service strategy, and to achieve the best service matching of supply and demand in the dynamic process of cluster collaborative manufacturing, this paper proposed a computational experiment method for the service matching strategy of cluster collaborative manufacturing. it researched the service matching strategy of cluster collaborative manufacturing from three aspects, which included the design of service matching strategy (service matching strategy only considering the change of QoS attribute of service resource, service matching strategy only considering the change of customer demand, service matching strategy considering change of customer demand and QoS attribute of service resource) , the construction of experiment system of cluster collaborative manufacturing, and the experimental evaluation analysis of service matching strategy. The experimental results show that service matching strategy considering change of customer demand and QoS attribute of service resource is the best strategy which can achieve the service matching of supply and demand in the dynamic market environment.
