摘    要:通过建立序贯博弈模型,分析考察在云制造平台上交易技术与服务的情形,研究云制造平台的共享效能与共享机制,求出模型均衡解并进行稳定性分析,利用案例分情况讨论研发成本不同的情况下云平台及各企业的最优定价策略,比较了云制造环境和传统制造环境下的技术共享差异,研究表明云平台能够有效促进技术共享,但也存在收益分配不公平等问题,对此提出了政策建议。

Abstract:Based on the establishment of sequential game model, this paper analyzed the situation of trading technology and service on cloud manufacturing platform, studied the sharing efficiency and sharing mechanism of cloud manufacturing platform, obtained the equilibrium solution of the model, carried out the stability analysis, used cases to discuss the optimal pricing strategy of cloud platforms and enterprises under different costs, compared the difference of technology sharing between cloud manufacturing environment and traditional manufacturing environment. The research shows that the cloud platform can effectively promote technology sharing, but there is also an unfair distribution of income distribution. Therefore, some policy suggestions are put forward for the problem.
