| 摘 要： | 直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形属于复杂三维塑性成形问题，本文采用上限法进行力能参数的求解。给出了基于分流理论的精锻工艺的上限分析模型，同时利用最优化理论分析了各工艺参数的影响规律

| Abstract: | The precision forging of spur gears is a complicated 3 dimensional problem of plastic forming.The upper bound models for cold precision forging of gears based on divided flow principle are established to solve mechanical parameters in the paper.The effect of various technical parameters is analyzed by the optimum theory. |
