摘 要: | 对刮板输送机驱动链轮外形及其相关尺寸进行设计计算,利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Program建立了三维参数化模型,以尺寸间相互的数学关系进行零件尺寸驱动,实现不同尺寸和齿数的链轮自动生成,并利用行为建模(BMX)功能对关键部位进行灵敏度分析和可行性分析,使模型尺寸优化,大大提高了准确性,缩短了开发周期。

Parameterization and Optimization for Driven Sprocket of AFC |

Abstract: | The size and related of armored face conveyor drive sprocket are designed and calculated,uses the Pro/E secondary development tools Program established a three-dimensional parameterized model.According to the size of the mathematical relationship between parts to achieve the size-driven,different size and number of teeth of the sprocket could automatically generated.And use the function of Behavioral Modeling Extension(BMX) to carry out a sensitivity analysis and feasibility analysis on the key positions,so that the model-size optimization.It improves accuracy and shortens the developed cycle. |
