深圳俊园超高层建筑结构工程施工

摘    要:深圳俊园工程地下3层,地上47层,高161m。施工中采用了人工挖孔桩加预应力错杆深基坑支护,大体积混凝土三掺技术、桩墙合一、颈性钢筋混凝土结构、梁式了板式转换层等技术,效果良好,经济效益明显。

Abstract:The super-highrise building construction of the Shenzhen Junyuan project has been designed of a basement with 3-storey deep under ground and a building with 47-storey high above ground and a total height of 161m.During its construction,there are several technological methods being adopted as the following,namely:1,manual artificial bored piles plus prestressed concrete anchor bars to support its deep foundation pit 2,mass concrete with 3-admixture technology 3,an integration of pile-wall combination 4,rigid R.C.structure and 5,beam type and thick slab type with storey transfer technology.All of these have been proved of good results and achieved economic benefits.
