摘    要:以6 Li、Sc、Ge、Y、In、Bi 6种元素作内标校正系统,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定地表水中的Be、Mg、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sb、Bs、Tl、Pb、Th、U 21种痕量元素,结果表明:各元素的线性系数均>0.999 5,方法检出限为0.006~0.738μg/L,标准样品的测定值均在标准范围内且RSD<4.22%,样品中各元素的加标回收率为95.0%~116.1%。

Abstract:To determine the trace elements such as beryllium,magnesium,calcium,vanadium,chromium,manganese,cobalt,nickel,copper,zinc,arsenic,selenium,molybdenum,silver,cadmium,antimony,barium,thallium,lead,uranium and thorium in surface water with interior standard materials which are 6Li、Sc、Ge、Y、In、Bi as calibration system by ICP-MS.Results showed that the linear coefficients of the 21 kinds of trace elements were better than 0.999 5.Detection limits of the method were 0.006~0.730 μg/L.Testing values of standard sample were in the scope of the guarantee and its RSD was less than 4.22%.Recoveries of the spiked samples were 95.0%~116.1%.
