摘    要:针对制氢装置原料波动后出现转化炉管局部红管现象,分析产生红管的各种因素,结果表明由于积碳和轻微硫氯中毒而引起红管,采用缓和的烧碳方法,降低负荷,增大水碳比,最终达到预期效果。

Abstract:To analyze the causes of hot spot on reformer tubes that occurred after material fluctuating in hydrogen generation plant.The conclusion was that the hot spot was caused by carbon deposition and slight sulfur poison.To take measurements of reducing unit capacity,raising water carbon ratio to receive the desired effect.
