摘    要:利用磷矿伴生氟资源生产2万t/a无水HF装置将产生1万t/a干基含氟硅渣,直接排放将导致环境污染,危害人类健康,同时浪费大量的氟硅资源。为了充分利用磷矿伴生氟硅资源,研究了废弃物含氟硅渣生产白炭黑项目,实验结果表明含氟硅渣在100℃左右能完全溶解在氟化铵溶液中制得氟硅酸铵溶液,氟硅酸铵和氨气在温度为60℃、氨气用量为理论用量的1.1倍、间歇沉淀时,制得的白炭黑产品能达到行业标准要求;同时研究了表面活性剂对产品质量的影响,得出适量的表面活性剂对提高产品的吸油值有促进作用。

Abstract:Associated resource of fluorine in phosphate rock is utilized in the production of 20,000 t/a of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,which also accompany with a byproduct of 10,000 t/a of the dry basis silica residue containing fluorine.If the wastes were discharged directly,environmental pollution would take place,endangering human health as well as wasting a lot of fluor-silicic resources.In order to make full use of fluor-silicic resources in phosphate rock,to study the subject of reusing silica wastes with fluorine to get more silica products.The experimental results show that the silica residue containing fluorine at about 100 ℃ can be completely dissolved in a solution of ammonium fluoride,and the product is ammonium fluorosilicate solution.Furthermore,when both temperature of fluorosilicate and ammonia come to 60 ℃,with the ammonia dosage 1.1 times of the theoretical amount,and by the way of intermittent precipitation,silica products can be attained to meet the quality requirements of Industrial Standard.To find that the dosage of surfactant have some effect on product quality,that is,the right amount of surfactant can raise oil-absorption value of product.
