摘    要:根据成型料筒的工作环境,分析了成型挤压料筒失效的成因、机理,找出成型料筒寿命短的原因。从成型料筒的选材、热处理工艺等方面进行试验研究,较大幅度地提高了挤压料筒的使用寿命。

Abstract:According to the working environment of the extruding container,the failure reasons and mechanism of the container were analysed,and the reasons of short life was found out. The material selection and heat treatment process were studied by experiments. The new progress,greatly increases the life of extruding container.
