| 摘 要： | 武器装备持续保障能力评估是战时装备保障的一个重要问题,它涉及的因素很多,目前还没有统一的方法.通过对装备保障及其保障能力评估的有关问题进行讨论,探索一种可行的武器装备持续保障能力评估的思路.首先给出了装备持续保障能力和装备保障效能的概念,对装备保障能力和保障效能进行了区分,然后研究了战时装备持续保障能力评估指标并以此为基础建立了评估模型,最后以某型作战飞机作战过程中的持续保障为例,对武器装备战时持续保障能力评估模型进行了实际工程验证.
