In the process of determining the weights of factors in the power transmission project post-project evaluation,aim to the weight is unknown for the experts,this paper introduces the ordered weighted operator aggregated the weights,which export from the judgment matrix by the experts,and obtained the finally combination weights of the factors,finally,an example shows that this method is feasibility for determining the weight of factor in the power transmission project post-project evaluation.
