摘    要:文章以催化裂化装置中的烟气轮机-主风机组为例,介绍了在烟气轮机及机组事故(电动/发电机脱网、烟气轮机联轴器断裂)工况下,阀门系统的动态特性,对不同回收功率机组超速响应的分析及工程设计计算方法,对确定阀门-机组系统的控制方案、阀门及其控制系统的配置的要求,提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:In this article takes the flue gas turbine-ex- pander and main air blower in FCC unit as an example, the analysis on the influence of valve system dynamic feature on the excess speed response of the flue gas turbine-expander and set for different recovery power under trouble working condition (the off-line of motor (generator) at generating condition, the coupling rupture of flue gas turbine - expander) was recommended. The important reference data for engineering design - calculation method, the control plan of valve-set system, the matching requirement of valve and its control system etc. were put forward.
