基于单片机C8051F020的电子提花机控制器的设计

摘    要:提出了一种新的基于增强型单片机C8051F020的提花机控制器的设计,介绍了此控制系统的硬件电路及软件设计.单片机C8051F020的高速8051微处理器内核使此控制器的运行速度大大提高,优盘代替软盘输入花样设计解决了实际应用中花样纬纱数受限制的矛盾,控制器有意外掉电保护功能,内部存储器的文件管理可以实现反复读写不会产生文件碎片.

Abstract:A new design of electronic jacquard controller based on MCU C8051F020 is proposed.The hardware implementation and software design of the control system are introduced.The high-speed 8051 C core of MCU C8051F020 increases the controller speed significantly.Using the flash disk instead of the traditional floppy driver to input the pattern design can solve the practical problem of weft number restriction of the pattern.Furthermore, this controller can protect.The data in case of an unexpected power-down.The pr...
