| 摘 要： | 以００５ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ－４０％乙醇溶液为浸提剂,４０℃浸提８ｈ（由ＳＡＳ软件统计分析确定）,岗稔色素的提取率达７８％。同时,对色素吸收光谱,薄层色谱及其耐光、耐热、耐氧化及还原稳定性进行了研究。初步确定色素组成为花癸素 ３,５ 二葡萄糖苷,矢车菊 ３ 半乳糖苷,飞燕草 ３ 半乳糖苷。

| Abstract: | A 0.05mol/L hydrochloric acid-40% ethanol aqueous solution is used to extract Rhodomyrtus tomentosa(Ait.) Hassk at 40℃ for 8h,which is selected with SAS package,and the total yield is 7.8%.The pigment's spectrum and TLC,heat and light stability,anti oxidation and reduction are also reported.It can be preliminarily defined that the pigment is a mixture of pelargonidin 3,5 biglucoside,cyanidin 3 galactoside,delphinidin 3 galactoside. |
