南水北调东线工程徐州段水污染防治方略刍议

分析了徐州市水污染现状以及污染的原因,对南水北调工程徐州段调水保护区水污染防治工作进行了探讨。提出了通过采取法律、行政、经济、技术和工程等综合措施,进一步加强水污染防治的对策措施和建议,力争通过徐州市节水防污型社会建设,保障经济社会可持续发展,创造人与自然和谐相处的局面,确保调水水质不受影响,并为其他地区建设节水防污型社会提供借鉴。

Discussion on water contamination prevention and control in Xuzhou section of eastern route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

According to present situation of water pollution and its causes, water pollution control methods were discussed for the water transfer protection region in Xuzhou section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to strengthen water pollution control, and comprehensive measures including the aspect of law, administration, economy, techniques and engineering were suggested. Through the construction of water saving and pollution prevention society, the sustainable development of economy and society in Xuzhou City is expected to realize ; a harmonious relationship between human and nature is to come into being ; and the quality of water transferred is guaranteed. The practice in Xuzhou would be used for reference by other cities in the construction of water saving and pollution prevention society.
