摘    要:全国许多地区许多部门已实施了住房分配货币化。现在房地产市场由卖方市场转入买方市场,但不少地区还有大量的商品房积压,针对现在房地产市场销售形式,以及现代市场营销中的发展趋势和房地产市场经营中应注意的几个问题,提出了几点建议,对搞活房地产市场销售有现实意义。

Abstract:The house distribution moneyization is carried out in many areas in our country. The real estate market is experiencing a buyers market instead of a sellers market. But there are mange commercial houses keeping long in stock. According to current marketing form in real estate market, the developmental trend of modern marketing and some problems needing attention in real estate marketing some suggestions are proposed what have actual significance for real estate marketing.
